About

Our Vision

From the seed, a tree grows. The Seed has been planted, and now it is time to grow.

This is the thing about trees: although they may appear as individually-defined specimens, standing tall against a landscape often against difficult odds, they are in-fact highly community oriented. The mycelium network is a highly evolved intercommunication framework that brings together all plant life within the vicinity.

You could say they oversee the social and physical needs of plant-based life, and when one tree is in need, the network redirects and supports in kind – allowing for a reduction of resources and expertise to serve the collective.

Path To source is intended to be such a creation. We are all unique, and like a tree we have our own expression to give to the world.

Whatever our belief system, and whether we feel that expression is based upon some destiny or not, we can probably all relate to the need to be authentic in ourselves. Yet we also have a deep inner longing to belong to merge with others to connect and be nourished.

Path to source serves both needs. It is primarily a hub – a cog in the collective that we call humanity. Our need for completion is highly diverse and we each engage with this deep calling in various ways. At its most direct level, it is the calling to merge with source in a clear and direct way. However, increasingly it is a way of being that asks of us to bring grace to our everyday lives through “unabashed” presence.

Life feels so immediate these days. We know instantly when something does not feel right; it is so obvious and impactful that we must act. Yet somehow, we often don’t – and why? We may not feel empowered; we may not feel we have the tools; we don’t feel ready. This is where Path to Source comes in.

Mastery
We are all explorers of life, trying to figure out how to get home.

Some of us may park up, lifetime after lifetime, others may find the fastest horse and gallop like Gandalf to seek liberation. There is no one way – there are paths. We offer core courses like keys, but you have to find the door with the right lock and most importantly turn it.

Our core courses are what we define as solid pathways to develop the tools to live a purposeful life, should you wish to. However, our courses also offer the potential to develop as practitioners (teachers) of Kundalini Yoga or Energy Healing.

Our Core Courses are analogous to the roots and trunk of a tree; a fundamental requirement before one reaches the ‘canopy’ of unique expression.

So it is with us.

Foundation Courses

Our Foundation Courses are the roots and the trunk needed to make our expressions authentic, characterful, and vibrating with profound potential.

Our 200-hour Kundalini Yoga Training course is just such a course to provide you with the tools and confidence for Aquarian living. Our Energy Healing Vibrational Activation modules are also designed with this in mind.

Explore our courses here.

Immersion and Exploration (Into the Canopy) Courses

These courses begin to really focus on the areas of our life that call us. These could be challenging areas in which we wish to explore our gifts that we wish to amplify.

We see the exploration phase in quite a diverse way: you may wish to explore some healing-based courses if you are yogi, and vice-versa if you are healer.  However, if you are building towards an accreditation, then immersion is for you. These are courses which constitute part of a Yoga Accreditation, and will be marked accordingly.

We recommend that Exploration courses are taken having first completed foundation level training with us, but we understand that in some cases this may not be necessary especially if you already have completed healing or yoga trainings with other schools

Guest Courses

We also see the value in developing collaborations with capable and trusted purveyors of their art, as these can help create a rich and diverse offering from which to grow and continue the transformational process.

Guest courses have been introduced with that in mind.

“With the warmth, inspiration, depth of knowledge and caring guidance of Ashley and Sivaroshan I embarked on a 6 month training which has seen my practice and understanding of Kundalini grow and develop into an expansive realm of delight.

It wasn’t always easy getting to grips with the written and physical exercises, the discipline of morning sadhana and confronting my boundaries through experiential activities, however, under the gentle teaching of Ashley and Sivaroshan it has been a journey in which I have not only had the privilege of learning more about Kundalini yoga and its benefits, but one in which I have learnt to understand and welcome my ’soul’.

From my experience it truly lives up to its name – it really is a ‘path to source’.”

Collaborators

Our offerings are not constructed in isolation; we look to open up to collaborators in alignment to the vision. This allows for diversity to do its magic, as we all open, heal, and transform in very unique ways.

Community

We are in an age where the interconnection between each other, once so hidden, is coming to the surface – sometimes in beautiful ways, and sometimes in traumatic ways.

But the world is becoming a closer place. Our political rhetoric is snowballing towards unity almost in a freakish way.  That feels inauthentic, but this push towards inclusivity feels deeper than political correctness.  We each are putting our claims forward to how we wish the world to be; we no longer wish to be oppressed – we seek to be free, and in that search, we want a tribe!

Our Connection Circles are powerful spaces for co-created soul nourishment. They are places of inspiration healing and guidance. Light Circles are primarily peer-led groups where the sum of the whole is greater than the individual parts.  These are spaces for practitioners of healing and yoga to gather together, heal through deep listening, and sharing their skills in the chosen offering.

Men’s and Women’s Circles

Through our polarities, we learn to move through unity.

Our groups are not intended to create separation; they are places to learn to master our polarity with others in the same boat – to learn from our experiences and expertise, and to share in a space of confidentiality and non-judgement. They are part of a supportive journey to unity though the mastery of our polarities.

“As women we all spend money, time on ourselves to help us look and feel better!! I’ve just spent 6 weekends over 6 months with me, and now just arrived home today feeling and understanding what life and I am about.

The best investment I’ve ever made on myself, it is the experience of a life time, it’s now on my list of the best thing I’ve ever done in my life.”

Social Contribution

There are many causes and initiatives that we collectively support,  and this year we are raising awareness of the exceptional work that the Samaritans do to help those on the edge of their lives. The capacity to listen with no judgment and to receive the words of someone contemplating taking their own life requires a unique combination of compassion, grace, and courage.

By supporting the Samaritans, you will help them to continue their much-needed work to train volunteers and maintain the call centres that remain open 24/7 to serve those in deep need.
